Developers have bank financing throughout the project. But before the bank releases funds, it requires the developer to sell several units in pre-sale to prove the project’s viability and marketability.

That’s where we come in – arriving precisely when the developer is looking for how and to whom to sell multiple units, with relevant buying power.

We save them tremendous costs, time, and energy. Our buyers enjoy exclusive terms reserved only for them, prices impossible to achieve independently, and the advantage of being first to purchase in the project.

A buying collective is an organized entity that acts as the developer itself. The group builds, sells, and operates as a developer throughout the entire process.

A buyer group operates without legal ties, partnership relations, or shared property ownership – the only connection among members is purchasing in the same project at the same time. The collective power is what enables us to secure the best terms. Yet each buyer purchases their own individual unit.

No. Purchasing through a buyer group is conducted via direct agreement with the developer, with the same protective mechanisms as a regular purchase: sale law guarantee, closed bank supervision, and individual purchase agreement with the developer.

All these mechanisms ensure that even if one buyer doesn’t proceed, the deal and all its terms as agreed with the rest of the group remain unaffected.

There’s no minimum amount. Unlike a buying collective where equity is used to gain percentage ownership in the deal, here you’re purchasing a complete unit of your own, exactly like a regular purchase.

The big and most important advantage is that payment terms will be far more attractive than market rates.

So, it depends on how much equity you have, your repayment capacity, what the bank approves for you, and more.
