Our transaction in Kiryat Ata was carried out in the new Avocado neighborhood — a brand-new area being developed from the ground up.
The group purchased units in the NOFIM project, which includes approximately 478 residential units across 8 buildings.
The buyers group we assembled entered the project at an early stage, prior to its public launch, allowing our clients to secure units under conditions not available on the open market.
Before moving forward, we conducted thorough due diligence on the developer, planning status, and financial structure ensuring we are bringing forward a deal we can confidently stand behind.
Through group purchasing power and direct negotiation with the developer, אמרם אברהם, we secured preferred pricing along with unique payment terms, including the ability to enter the deal with approximately ₪100,000 at signing.
In addition, one of the key advantages of this project lies in the developer’s profile — a stable, publicly traded company that also serves as the main contractor. This combination allows for full control over the construction process, reduces reliance on third parties, and provides an additional layer of security for buyers throughout the lifecycle of the project.
