project
Our deal took place in the heart of a developing area undergoing significant transformation – a 470-unit complex in an urban renewal model, being rebuilt as two 33-story towers, alongside two additional buildings and over 2,500 sqm of commercial space.
The buyer group we formed was the first to enter the first tower, long before the project opened to the broader market. Before launch, we vetted and analyzed the developers’ identity, land status, planning certainty level, and supervision framework -all to provide maximum security and confidence to each of our buyers.
Thanks to experience, stability, and execution capabilities that allowed us and our buyers to feel secure with every step along the way, our buyer group secured prices ranging from 15%-19% below market value, in the tower’s upper floors.
